Lashae Kittinger has joined Preston-Osborne as public policy manager. Kittinger has been with the firm since August, when she began as an intern.
Kittinger will be responsible for managing public policy issues for Preston-Osborne’s clients in the energy and environment, health care, and education. She’ll monitor state government activity in Frankfort and provide insight to clients on best approaches to government relations, strategic policy planning and grassroots coalition building.
Kittinger is a native of Calhoun, Ky., and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2008. Kittinger then went on to pursue her legal education at the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law and graduated last May. During her third year of law school, she was a graduate fellow with the Legislative Research Commission in Frankfort. Kittinger also was recently sworn in to the Kentucky Bar.
“Public policy discourse and engagement have always been in our arsenal of services,” Osborne said. “Now it will have a full-time face and focus to make sure our clients are represented effectively.”
