Objective

To brand workforce development services and the One-Stop Career System, and increase awareness of the Lincoln Trail Workforce Investment Board and its role in the region with employers and the general public.

Tactic

Conduct market research in the eight-county area, develop a long-term marketing strategy, and update the brand with a new logo, a revised website, consistent messaging in all marketing collateral, cost-effective advertising and public relations.

Results

Lincoln Trail Career Centers continue to provide access to job training and education to help residents achieve their career goals.
